Privacy Policy

BuildMetrx, Inc. (“BuildMetrx”, “we”, “us”) runs buildmetrx.com. This policy explains what information this website collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Customers who use the BuildMetrx application have a separate agreement that covers the data they load into it.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you type: your name, company, work email, and phone number if you give one, plus your answers to the questions on the form (for example how many jobs you run, which accounting software you use, your role, your revenue range, and anything you add in the notes box).

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records your IP address and basic request details (page, time, browser) to serve the site and block abuse. We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.

• Launch notification signup: name, company, work email.
• Three-question survey: jobs per year, interest in the demo program, type of contracting.
• Demo program application: role, revenue range, active jobs, accounting software, how you track job costs today, team size, when you could start, whether you can share invoices and a budget, phone, notes.
• Demo request form: name, company, work email, number of active jobs.

How we use it

We use this information to tell you when BuildMetrx launches, to review demo applications and schedule demos, and to answer whatever you asked us. That is all.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similar effects on you.

Email

If you ask to be notified about the launch, we will email you about the launch and the demo program and nothing else. Every email we send for that purpose tells you how to stop them: reply with the word UNSUBSCRIBE and we remove you within ten days, or email us at the address below.

When you submit a form we may send one confirmation email so you know it arrived. Those are not marketing messages.

Where it is stored and who processes it

The companies below handle your information on our behalf. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments, and none may use your information for anything other than providing its service to us.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosts the site, serves the pages, and runs the code that receives form submissions.
• Resend, Inc. (United States): delivers the emails we send to you and to our team.
• Google LLC (United States): form submissions are stored in a spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account.

Access to that spreadsheet and to our inbox is limited to the BuildMetrx team.

How long we keep it

Launch-list signups are kept until BuildMetrx launches and you have been notified, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Demo applications and demo requests are kept for twelve months after we make a decision on them, so we can follow up if a spot opens. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below. We will confirm your identity by replying to the email address on file and respond within thirty days.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland: our legal basis for the launch list is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; our legal basis for handling demo applications and questions is our legitimate interest in responding to you. You also have the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data-protection authority.

If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. You have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Residents of Canada, Australia, Brazil, and other countries with privacy laws have similar rights under those laws and can use the same email address to exercise them.

International visitors

This site is run from the United States and the providers listed above process information there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and handled in the United States under this policy.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. When you move from the signup form to the demo application page, your answers are carried over in your browser’s session storage so you do not have to type them twice. That storage stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form endpoints are rate-limited, and access to stored submissions is restricted to the team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

Children

This site is for construction businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will email you first.
