Accessibility Statement

BuildMetrx wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, screen magnifiers, switch devices, voice control, or the keyboard alone. We treat accessibility as ongoing work and check the site again whenever it changes.

Our goal

Our goal is for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508, EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act, and the UK Equality Act. The site was last reviewed against that standard on October 12, 2026 using automated testing on every page at desktop and phone widths, together with manual keyboard, screen-reader semantics, reduced-motion, zoom, and reflow checks.

What is in place

• A “Skip to content” link, consistent landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer), and one clear heading structure on every page.
• Every control works with the keyboard alone, including the menus, the pricing explorer, the FAQ search, and the forms, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text alternatives for images, a label on every form field, and error and status messages that are announced to screen readers.
• Text contrast that meets Level AA, and layouts that reflow without sideways scrolling down to 320 pixels wide and at 200% zoom.
• Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” setting, and a Pause button on every animation that would otherwise keep moving.
• No time limits, no content that flashes, and no audio that plays on its own.

Known limitations

We know about the following and are working on them:

• The short welcome video on the demo-application page does not have captions yet. If you need its content, email us and we will send a written transcript.
• The product screenshots on the feature pages are simplified mock-ups. They are described by the heading and paragraph next to each one rather than by a full text description; ask us if you want more detail about any of them.
• Feature walkthrough videos are not published yet. When they are, they will include captions.

Report a barrier or ask for help

If any part of this site is hard for you to use, or you would like information from it in another format, please tell us. We aim to reply within five business days and to fix confirmed problems as quickly as we can. When you write, it helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using.

Technical details

This site is built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA, and is tested in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge with the VoiceOver and NVDA screen readers. It depends on those technologies being enabled in your browser.
